CHEF RAMESH CHAWLA
chef ramesh chawla is originally from haryana, india. he was born into a caste of chefs of only males. he learnt
how to cook at the young age of 12 from his father. he worked for the taj hotel for over 20 years as a chef, traveling around the world, creating the menus for the different locations. opened since august 2012, mini taj guarantees colorful and authentic indian food exploding with a variety of flavours.
